What does “Super Charged AGM” mean?

Will this fit my machine?

Yes, if your current battery code matches YTX14AHL-BS class (also ATX/BTX/DTX/ETX/CTX/PTX/UTX14AHL-BS; YB14L-A2 / CB14L-A2 / CB14AL-A2). Check three things: battery code, case size 5.25″×3.50″×6.56″, and Type 4 terminals.

What’s the difference between 14AHL-BS and 14AH-BS / 14-BS?

AHL is the tall-case, high-post variant used on many sleds and older bikes. AH/BS are shorter. If your label includes an “L”, you want AHL.

Do I need to charge it before installing?

No. Every battery is Super Charged, rested, and ships fully charged.

Cold weather starts?

Formed plates deliver reliable cranking in the cold. For maximum reliability in winter, keep it on a smart maintainer between rides.

How do I store it off-season?

Top it off, disconnect, and leave on a maintainer. AGM self-discharge is low, but sitting depleted shortens life.
